TRAILERS

TEASER TRAILER #1:

- This teaser was the first taste of what the story of Bad Influence was going to involve after some brief footage teases had been made in previous months. This teaser was released in July 2019 at the "Shining Time" meetup that year, just a month after the first draft of the script had been finished. It features a large amount of unused/reshot footage and is lacking the signature facial animation and lead voice actor, which makes it an insight into the early stages of production. The "interview" framing device from the opening of this trailer (stolen from the trailer for "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood") inspired the short film to follow, "High Tide."

TEASER TRAILER #2:

- Releasing over 3 years later, this teaser was designed to reorient the viewer into the now much more developed world of Bad Influence and what it would look like, including the first test of the new animation style. With this, I wanted to give more focus to James which had been largely absent from the previous teasers and the public perception of the film, and was based on the classic opening to "Pooh's Grand Adventure."

OFFICIAL TRAILER:

- Serving as the main trailer for the film, this trailer was completed nearly a year before its release in Summer 2024, where it finally provided a release date for the movie after 5 years since announcement. It featured first glimpses at many of the finalized shots of the film and at the full expansiveness of the voice cast.

FINAL TRAILER:

- This short trailer exists primarily to provide details on the premiere event we had for the movie the weekend before Thanksgiving in New Jersey. It offered a final, cinematic glance at what this movie, coming out in just a month, would be.

POST-RELEASE TRAILER:

- Posted New Year's Day 2025, I created this trailer almost as a retrospective, wherein I was less concerned about spoilers for the hardcore fans and therefore got to use the full breadth of the movie to pick moments from. This is definitely one of my favorite trailers, as it really hammers in a lot of what the core of the movie is in a way we weren't able to in pre-release marketing.
