Perhaps my favorite of the professional work I've finished, this short film focuses on a young artist rediscovering his inspiration.

Based on the short series I developed as a preteen of the same name, "Mat the Cat" is probably the most autobiographical of my films, and was completed in late 2019 for a college application entry. I had a lot of fun combining styles and molding the real world with the imagined here, and I think it is a fine summary and introduction to what my stuff is all about.
